How is this poll calculated? It appears BC got all 50 1st place votes and 1000 points. That tells me a 1st place vote is worth 20 points. Bright, aren't I?!? If North Dakota got all 50 2nd place votes and each 2nd place vote is worth 19 points, then the maximum number of points North Dakota can get is 950 (50 x 19 = 950). Right? Well, they received 956 points. How is the poll calculated?

I have never before voted....but I did this week. Sorry if I screwed it up for everyone--- I didn't think anyone would notice.

It could be possible that six voters thought BC and UND were tied for the top spot, but if they were forced to pick the #1 team in the nation, they would pick BC.

No, we are going to wait until we build a few more credentials. Motzko is now 1-2 in NCAA games. We should wait until we get above .500 at least.

well he should not have to worry about that record going to 1-3 this year at least... which, sorry to bring up your ignorance, was the year this thread had been talking about. UND haters like yourself love to bring up when we falter but tend to leave out the other side to North Dakota's history in the NCAAs. my perceived arrogance may just be your inability to deal with your program's *ahem* performance problems...

Performance problems....you mean like making it to the big dance and choking? In the last decade the lowly SCSU hockey program has as many national titles as the dirty UNDies. Keep living in the past man. Suck it little Willy.

But UND has more NC$$ Victories since then. Think a little, man. We may have not busted that nut in over 10 yrs, but a least we made enough strokes for her pleasure.

You don't pay attention do you? That's B.C. or Yale that whine about the polls. Now Minnesota has overtaken the Sioux on whining about the refs. Nothing about all of this has anything to do about her being pleasured.
