You can find the map here.
I intend to update it next season to reflect Aurora joining the NCHA, Daniel Webster and Endicott joining the ECAC-NE, and Western Connecticut joining the MASCAC (and to update Endicott's marker once their rink exists).
A couple observations:
1. Interesting juxtaposition: SUNY Canton's rink is so new it doesn't exist on the satellite images, but MN-Crookston's rink was demolished long enough ago that it is gone from the satellite images.
2. What a wide variety in distances between campus and rink. Obviously, some colleges have on-campus rinks, but others have quite a long distance to commute. A surprisingly large number of colleges play at rinks on high school or prep school campuses, especially in New England.
