The incoming class is coming together, with a new player officially announced daily.

Transfers:
D - Jack Henry - Junior, Northeastern
F - Tommy Cronin - Sophomore, Alaska-Fairbanks
F - August Falloon - Junior, Minnesota

Freshman:
D - Cooper Sharp - Sherwood Park Crusaders (BCHL)
F - Lefty Markonidis - Omaha Lancers (USHL)
F - Nathan Free - Portland Winterhawks (WHL)

One other thing of note is Tyler Parr has flipped to the University of Saskatchewan.

11 players eligible to come in this year, we will see how many more are announced.
 
An off the radar commit today: Brady O’Malley.

Flipped his commitment from Brown to Union. 6’2” 195 lbs D man who appears to be the stay at home D man Union needs.

It looks like the roster is shaping up nicely. The mix of experienced transfers and promising freshmen should make for an interesting season. Curious to see who the remaining additions will be.
 
With the confirmed additions of Elliot Gulley, Gavin Garry, and Luke Garry, Union roster sits at 27 players. The same number as last season. Bowen Burke is the only commit left who has aged out of junior. We will see if he gets announced or if he chose a different path. Safe to probably say the rest are headed back to juniors.
 
The Mayors Cup has a new home for 2027! The game will now take place at Harding Mazzoti Arena in Glens Falls, home of the Adirondack Thunder. I’m personally thrilled about this, but I know it will not be popular with either fanbase.
