Not sure how he blew that one, Gregoire easily beat the CC player down the ice at the face off dots and was standing with the puck when the icing was called. Somehow thats not enough evidence that he blew the call so faceoff moved back into the Sioux zone. Why bother changing the rule if your going to blow it that way.
