1-0 Minutemen. UMass broadcast isn't online for some reason. Stuck listening to the Lowell guys. Never thought I'd hear anyone more bias than the BU guys. I was wrong.

Goal was Marc Concannon.

UMass just killed a power play. 9:08 in a first period. Lowell guys moaning about refs for a majority of the game so far. Lowell had a goal called back for apparently no reason and also had a terrible off sides called against them.

Auger 2 minutes roughing. The refs are apparently doing their best to screw Lowell.

WOAH! Bob Ellis just said he talked to the replay officials, and it was clear Vallorani was in the crease and pinned Dainton in the net and it was obviously not a goal. Ellis admits he probably overreacted.

Edwards to the penalty box, don't know what for but James Marcou is slow to get up after whatever happened.

Edit: 5 minute major. Still no idea why. UMass has to capitalize.

Well, with 1:52 left in the penalty, Wellman goes to the box for a delay of game, shooting the puck after a whistle. Apparently it was the first UMass shot in the 5 minute major.

Eddie Olczyk is in the box too. Apparently Wellman got a 10 minute misconduct and 2 minutes for "shooting after the whistle."

Auger (UML) and Carzo and Concannon (UMass) all to the box.

Apparently UML has a lot of intensity. The Minutemen not so much.

I'm beginning to suspect it's just against the religion of all Lowell fans/announcers/players to say anything nice at all about the Flag Ship.

Sounds like it's UML vs Paul Dainton for the most part tonight.
