TV/Movie Inventions You Wish Were Real

I was day dreaming today at work and random scenes from Futurama came to my head. And I started to think of some of the different crazy stuff from that show I would like to see...even if its not practical or even useful. Things like:

The Becktionary
The Angry Dome
The What If Machine
The Fing-longer
Smell-o-scope
The machine that makes glow-in-the-dark noses...and also can translate alien languages (it can do other things...why shouldnt it?)

Others? Either from Futurama or any other TV show or Movie...
