After a road sweep and a weekend off, F2B&G worries that Tech will take the first period off and it will make the difference in a loss on Friday, but he thinks they will come back to split on Saturday.

What is the deal with UMD? Missing the FCC line that badly? Any injuries?

According to Pearson, Duluth is supposedly scheduled to play in Houghton in '13-'14. F2B&G assumes we'd return the favor the year after.

MS wants to remind everyone that tumd played very well vs all other opponents even though losing mostly and expects a similar type of game, they are going to be desperate and Tech will be rusty, Split.

MS is happy the series will continue.

Well the FCC line wasn't around last year...but they are missing key players from last season. Jack Connolly, Travis Oleksuk, and JT Brown are sorely missed. Without them our goal scoring has been a struggle. Mike Seidel is our leading goal scoring and freshmen Cameranesi and Austin Farley are almost the only ones regularly contributing.

Mostly disappointing has been the play of Caleb Herbert. He scored 18 goals last year and doesn't have a goal yet. He plays with Joe Basaraba and Justin Crandall. Their line has been largely missing from the score sheet. UMD needs them to get it going in order for us to win more games.

Tech has more scoring than UMD and I'm not feeling confident about our chances in Houghton.

I thought our beat writer had stated that MTU will visit Duluth next year. Pearson said they will play a 1 for 1 non-conference series and Biddy assumes that will continue in further seasons from now.

SCSU Euro is disappointed with Biddco forgetting what thread he is in.

SCSU Euro feels like tUMD was due for a win and played the right kind of game to get tfirst conference win of tyear on Friday, and now they are prime for a letdown. MTU may not sweep but will win tseries.

How much snow is in Copper Country?

Any guesses who plays in net for MTU? Biddy assumes split time and the same for tUMD. McNeely will probably get the start Friday.
