This has become the new normal at my place. Unbelieveable that upper management doesn't see it as a problem when all us middle managers are ready to tear each others throats out becuase we're all spread too thin.

Agreed. Now there's rumors that they're only letting 1-2 full-timers leave "on-time" (after a normal 8 hour shift) if the FTer states that they have to leave. But they haven't declared mandatory OT. So who the * knows.
Today was much better. Hope tomorrow is more of the same, since I have a bonfire and some time-killin' to do.
