2) Is this 5th year of eligibility due to covid?

1) Anyone who transfers for any reason whatsover has to enter the portal. It's a tool to control the chaos as much as possible.
2) Yes. And this upcoming school year is the last one for that.

Yes and yes. This is the final group of seniors eligible for the 5th year.

Sorry about the slowness issues. I was using a plugin to grab the Google Sheet data. Yes it was much more flexible, but was just too damn slow. I am now using less flexible way of doing it, but all of the lists load a ton faster.
