Growing up in Tennessee, we always used to joke that our state motto should be "Thank God for Mississippi!"
My neighbor who grew up in Alabama is also a fan of using that line.

Purely for political reasons, why would any organization endorse Schuette at this point when he's down double digits in the polls and that national Republican Gov association is cutting its advertising in Michigan?

Speaking of Schuette, I was wondering when he was going to play the Nassar card. Looks like he's dealing it now. GOP put out an ad saying Whitmer refused to prosecute Nassar and now he's holding a presser to discuss everything he did.
