The Stampede - Post-Placid edition

Re: The Stampede - Post-Placid edition

Also, taking ideas for future shows. I'm thinking about over the course of several weeks, doing an offseason prospectus for every team in the country by conference.

We have a long offseason.... I'll be taking the period of May to August off, once the news really slows down.

Re: The Stampede - Post-Placid edition

I came, I saw, I conquered, and i talked about wasps.
I know. I was probably the only one listening in Maryland.

Now all you have to do is go to TSN and see Marty Brodeur's 3rd career goal.

He had a few listening in CO and some in WA (friends and family were notified). Made it a coast to coast audience.

Good to hear from the Caveman again. Met him at the Willett, back in the day when the Pointer Rowdy Crowd was in full force.
He left a lasting impression, with the "biggest pair of lungs", I have ever heard.

No kidding... Didn't meet him at Willett, but later on at a game out east (ok, it was a bar AFTER a game!)..... But remember hearing him at games!!!

He and Webb went up to a weekend series in the UP involoving Finlandia, some years ago.
The Caveman is still revered up there as "The Legend" after his vocal support of the home team.

Re: The Stampede - Post-Placid edition

Did you give me credit for the final kill? :-)
Yes he did. And since I was a non participatory bystander (for the record, I would had to push Ray out of the way to get to it, thereby disturbing his seamless play by play), you have a confirmed kill that you must share with Ray. You may put a 1/2 a silhouette of a wasp on your car or your laptop.

I believe I meat him was at the Adrian/Potsdam games a few years back.

Re: The Stampede - Post-Placid edition

New show tonight. Somewhat limited in scope, as our phone line is currently under repair.

Regardless, Pioneer forward Nick Miglio will be in.

Same bat time, same bat channel.

Re: The Stampede - Post-Placid edition

New edition of the Stampede with Ray Biggs begins in 12 minutes. Coach Pags will stop by, plus we'll hear from Wisc. Eau-Claire coach Matt Loen, Norwich's Derek Dunning, and the Caveman.

Re: The Stampede - Post-Placid edition

Ray - you got to let us know a day in advance so we may plan our evenings!!
