I think its unfair that CCHA teams get 3 points for wins, while the rest of us only get 2.

I don't think the CCHA point system means anything outside the CCHA. I'm pretty sure it is still about the win-loss-tie record.

Yes, I think both Cornell and Union both screwed a bunch of teams! The discrepancy between PWR and KRACH is alarming! Cornell goes from tied for 12 to 22 and Union a solid 1 seed (3) to last team in at 15,except for auto bid. I think Northern Michigan, Notre Dame & Merrimack all got screwed!

It means nothing outside the CCHA. For instance, Northen Michigan's CCHA record was 11-11-6-3, with the 3 representing SO wins. When the game is tied at the end of OT it goes in the books, both CCHA and NCAA as a tie, then the SO winner gets the extra point, that is where the "3" comes in for NMU.
