The List for Week of October 26, 2009

Cake or Death?
You can't go 0 for 20 on the PP and avoid making The List. So just two weeks into the season, the Gophers make their first apperance on The List.

As much as I dislike them, 40 AL pennants is **** impressive. I'll throw the Yankees on the Anti-List...for now. I believe I heard correctly this morning that the Yankees have won more World Series games than any other team has even appeared in. Not won, but appeared in!

Deer hunting coming up soon, Anti-List.

Fearing golf season is now pretty much done, List.

Having to listen to all the Brett Favre hype this week, LIST.

Have a good one folks.

The List:

Having to see one of the guys in our deer camp on the severe decline due to early-onset Alzheimer's. 48 years old, and can't go in the woods. One of the sharpest knives in the drawer in his heyday. Just spent the weekend with him, and he's like a little kid mentally. I was talking to him about his daughter having a grandchild, and he couldn't remember his daughter's name. So, so sad.:(

Deer season isn't the same without him, yet he's still with us. Just ain't right.

 :(

That's definitely List material

Also on The List after this past weekend would be the Michigan Tech penalty kill units.

Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm is on the perma List.

Music on the Anti-List. It's about the only thing keeping me sane at the moment.

Re: The List for Week of October 26, 2009

Seasonal Affective Disorder is on the List, bigtime.

So is my workplace forcing us to go from 4am start times to 2am start times for the holidays, which means I won't be going home for Thanksgiving and maybe not Christmas, either--and I only live 3 hours away.

I'm just hoping it isn't a transition to overnights...else I'm transferring, again.

However, being nearly finished with my internship for my real career is Anti-Listed, and I am going to start sending out resumes very, very soon.

And Milwaukee is Anti-Listed for being a cool city to live in (as long as you live in the right place).

Completing the Grand Rapids Marathon last week Sunday: Permanently Anti-Listed.

Experiencing post-marathon letdown and wondering what to do for an encore: List.

Mom experiencing the most neck pain she's had since her accident: List.

I totally agree with you on that one. It is unfortunate that I live in the southern burbs of Milwaukee, and I am not talking about Oak Creek.

One of two interviews last week went well. The Anti-List

Catching a Milwaukee Admirals game last Saturday, and going to another game on Wednesday. The Anti-List

My friend getting married: Anti-List, I guess.

My friend getting married the weekend of the Minnesota @ Tech series: List.

EDIT: Anti-List because he can use the stability, but his family isn't exactly fond of the girl.
