Cake or Death?
Gopher hockey remains on The List.

Having to go back to work tomorrow, List.

December already, List.

Relaxing over the long weekend with family, Anti-List.

Have a good week folks.

Re: The List for Week of November 30, 2009

Spending about 10 days in NH/New England w/my family for Thanksgiving, anti-list.

Getting to 3 UNH games while home, anti-list, 2 wins and a tie, not shabby.

Meeting the MN Gophers strength and conditioning coach and his wife, UNH women's hockey alum, as well as USA hockey & USA Olympic Gold (1998) & Silver (2002) medalist Karen Bye at Logan yesterday, anti-list. Nice people!

Being back in San Diego, list. Specifically being back in San Diego for less than 24 hours and having my car broken into, the driver's window smashed and the hood messed up, as well as the criminals trying to pry out my headlight, list.

San Diego Police are also listed. They won't come out to take a report, it's all done by phone. So, they know it happened, and they don't care to investigate at all to try and prevent these crimes in the future. Not sure why they want the report at all.

Sorry to hear about your car. I just want to know what is it about police not doing their fricken jobs. My good friend's house was broken into and they stole $700 dollars and nothing else and the police down here in Wisconsin did nothing about it, but just report it.

Thanks.

Yeah, TBA and I were like "and what do they get paid for?" That sucks.

I understand my car not being a priority and that I'm a non emergency, but to out and tell us that they WILL NOT come out, go ahead and fix the car (thus eliminating any finger prints or other evidence) is insane to me. We got "we'll call you in a couple of days." Call us for what? To reaffirm that we have an incomplete police report because they're unwilling to get off their butts? Yuck.

Anyway, my window will get fixed today between 1pm-5pm. Have to wait on that before I can take it in to get the hood/headlight looked at.
