The end of the CHL NCAA Ban?

The lawsuit detailed in the link below is almost certain to be successful and likely will result in a settlement requiring the NCAA to essentially end the ban on CHL players playing US college hockey:

Obviously, the CHL players, with good reason, will be the primary beneficiaries. College hockey in general will benefit by an influx of more talent. But will certain programs or leagues benefit the most?

More talent means less successful programs in recent years will benefit from an increase in the pool of talent. Therefore, some struggling programs are likely over time to benefit the most, assuming they are struggling due to difficulty in recruiting rather than overall incompetence.

How significant will the lift on the ban be?

I would think the CHL will increase the stipend amounts to counter perceived competition of NCAA.
