Technical Support question

OK, I go to the on-line chat technical support for a site that has been very very good in the past. Today, I got a Klingon. I was talking English and he was talking some other language and it was obvious that we were not communicating.

I closed the chat down and vowed to try again tomorrow. Good idea?

Of course. Why would you continue a conversation that is going nowhere?? The other option is to try to go over the person's head.
