Some posters them to believe that team threads should be sacrosanct and that non-team supporters should not post/comment on the thread - do you agree (Yes or No)?

No, but any outside posters should 1) stay on topic of the specific team, 2) add to the discussion not incite a flame war, and 3) be respectful of the other teams player and coaches.
