So I risk fielding some flames but seeing as it is this time of year I thought that some might appreciate not only the emotional appeal but the sheer marketing genius.
Make that Absolutely Sheer Marketing Genius...you figure these customers will be coming back to spend their money and many more in their sphere of influence who hear this story directly from these customers?...and then they, in addition to those that view this video, tell others who tell others and the concentric circles go parabolic.
Apparently employees are all shareholders in the company so they, at least in theory, are all emotionally invested in delivering a great service/product...they've got some skin in the game.
