Salve Regina beat U of New England
U of New England beat Wesleyan
Wesleyan beat Williams
Williams beat Norwich

Therefore the 1-24-1 Salve Regina Seahawks are > than the 26-1-4 Norwich Cadets and deserve at least a share of the trophy!!!

Sorry Lebanon Valley, but you have to at least tie in your last 60 games to earn a share.

The best part about that chain is that it makes very efficient use of wins by teams that had very few, and losses by teams that had hardly any - Salve had 1 win all year, UNE just 3, Wesleyan had only 6 wins, while Williams only had 6 losses.

Re: Salve Regina was robbed

Quite possibly the most pathetic job of coaching ever. Team went from making the play-offs every year to 1 win. Not to say that they were ever a great team, but they were competitive. Very obvious that the coach(who resigned) did not do a lick of recruiting, when he cut players his first year at the helm, only to have those same players starting for him the next year.

Hopefully Salve will bring in a coach with some level of understanding of what it takes to be successful and represent the college well. LeColst obviously did not and his hiring was a direct reflection of the previous AD's lack of vision and understanding of what it takes to compete for Students, let alone student athletes.

Hopefully they will get better, apply here.

Though, if you apply here, you will have to "actively recruit qualified student-athletes, attend contests, and meet with prospective student-athletes on campus. ".

If you have * Organizational skills, * Managerial skills, and * Knowledge of NCAA rules/regulations, you can apply here.

Darn. I wish I would have known about this opening. The campus is awesome and Newport, RI is pretty cool, although it probably wasn't fun living there the last few weeks.
