At the 7 min mark of the 2nd period Neumann leads Becker 4-0 in the consolation game of the Rutland Herald Invitational tournament in Rutland, Vermont at the Spartan Arena. Host Castleton College and Tufts will square off for the tittle at 3pm

Just on Wsyb radio which is now available on line theywill come on the air around 2 45 for the castleton tufts game

Tufts scores at 17:58 of the first period on a 5 on 3 power play goal scored by Zach Diaco lots of penalties in 1st period for both teams
1-0 Tufts end of 1 period

Scott Barchard is going on....11 GA in 5 games, Sv%>.95...and just enough firepower to support a 2.0GAA. Otherwise who would have picked Tufts to beat Neumann and CSC in the same weekend (other than jj614, icedog18, jerryNU26 and CollegeHockey2591 in the Tourney pick 'em). Hey, it's a whole new year!

It will be interesting to see if they can sustain..........
