Rules committee "clarifies" goalie incidental contact rule

The NCAA rules committee has clarified (further muddied) the goalie incidental contact rule. Now it will be clearly up to the referee's judgment whether contact is incidental and a goal should be allowed. Somehow I think this decision will make the enforcement of this rule more inconsistent than it is already.

Implementation of this rule was already very subjective. This could be "fun" to watch, from game to game, league to league.
