Thanks for starting early RB. Hope you can up the streak. Relatively less important game compared to the upcoming league games, but still very important to play well as a team. WMU is one of the biggest teams yet their size does not seem to slow them down at all. Early part of the game is very important for us to get into a rhythm of team play and rolling the lines. Have to hope we are not put into a position of taking penalties and can play a good first period road game. Scoring the first goal is always important to us but more important is simply to keep this one competitive for the first 10-20 minutes. WMU is a really good test of how far we have come this season and how far we have improved form the last couple of seasons. We are still a fairly large underdog but I think we are a team that is just starting to come together and could surprise a lot of folks. This is a good time to start - Go Red!!!

While these games may not be important in the standings, they are important for team confidence.
We need to be competitive in both games and show the improvement and tenacity that we have played with since the beginning of the new year.
Good things are coming.
