RPI @ SLU - Friday, February 8th

Re: RPI @ SLU - Friday, February 8th

They added two assists to Laliberte after the game was over, so maybe he is feeling better now.

sympathetic labored pains? ;) Sems to me that he scored more early in the season when NHL was our best scoring opportunity. Lately it's been scoring by committee that's carried us... and he's in there.

DrD... I'm enjoying a neighbor's home brewed beer to celebrate a W in Canton. I chilled it by stikcing it in a fresh snowbank for about 30 mins. Winter life is wonderful!

Had to go out and shovel (do have snow blower but want the exercise) after the game. Boy it is really coming down here. By the time I was done doing my neighbors, husband in hospital, after doing my own I could have started doing mine again. It is coming down at at least 2 inches per hour right now.

Anyways great win tonight. I hope Tuna is going to be ok. Since he did not come back into the game tonight, unless I missed him, I am wondering if we will even see him in the line up tomorrow night. However, if we need to replace him I think we would see the same physical type of game he plays and gives us out of Commers based on what I saw last weekend at HFH. I think the game winner was another example of what can happen if you just shoot pucks at the net. Sometimes I think we try to hard to find the perfect shot instead of just shooting the puck on net. CJ's game winning goal, I think, is an example of things that can happen if we just get the puck to the net and stop looking for the perfect shot. JMO or as DrD would say 2 cents. Great win and hopefully we can play a better game tomorrow night and sweep the weekend again or as the MenofRPIHockey like to say it SPOILS.
