Really hope it's that Miller is not coming and not that Marshall is leaving

Edit: Are we sure that's the case, though? Doesn't he have to sit out all of next season since he only left CC this season?

He left in the first semester. I am pretty sure he can play in January. That was the case with Bear and Zieky. Gornall had to sit out a full season because he played after the second semester started.

This signing raises a few questions:

1) If Calvaruso left CC for playing time (assumed), why would he sign with a school that already has an all-freshman goalie? Unless, God forbid, it’s Savory that’s leaving..... Hopefully we were his best offer and he’s coming in planning to give Owen some competition.

2) With Jewell gone, who was the primary recruiter for the three who have committed since the season ended? Is Coach Smith leading the charge directly or are we starting to see some of Coach Weber’s recruiting skills?

It's not a complete answer but both Calveruso and Mahshie follow coach Smith on Twitter. Mahshie also follows Jewell. FWIW, Calveruso also follows Noah Segall. Weber apparently doesn't have a Twitter account. Also Helsen apparently doesn't have one.

I also agree with RPI22Parent that Smith is the one that counts by far the most, not an AC who may have made the early contact.
