I was surprised that the consensus was that there should be a separate recruit thread. Because Cornwall had a scrimmage on Wednesday and will play an exhibition game against Kingston on Thursday, this is as good a time as any to start a thread.

Re: RPI 2011 Recruit Thread

Bad news is supposed to come in threes. First, D'Amigo turns pro, then Pirri turns pro, then this message from Chris Heisenberg:
Just learned that Nick quinn has decommitted to rpi. Don't know more details.
:( :( :(

This is enough for even the most faithful to start losing hope. This has been a most unkind month.

Just what I need, more white hairs.

I certainly hope Coach has a couple aces up his sleeve. We're definitely going to need some forwards AND defensemen for next year. I think probably the only one on the men's list right now that is pretty solid is the B.R.O.

This is the off season from h e l l . Can't say I'm completely shocked, this is what I feared. first he was deferred to '11, then he was let go in Dubuque. - which while not Seth's fault, it appears there is guilt by association.. Uggh

Today is 27 August 2010. There are 42 days (6 weeks) until RPI's next game.

This is based upon 8 October for the start of next season.

Did the albino squirrel see his shadow? If he did, we have six more weeks of off-season. :D

For some reason, I'm thinking that I won't need to check my powerball ticket

Wow, this is the month from hell for RPI hockey. I need to find out who Seth is picking in the Travers and stay away from that horse.

Keep the faith. October is just six weeks away.
