My brother has started a gofundme site so that he can build a hockey rink to support both Washington State and the University of Idaho's club teams.

Some of you may know about the tiny rink in Moscow (as it was part of the bottom feeders tournament a few years ago). This would replace that with a really nice rink.
BTW, this isn't some random thing wishing to do this- he has full plans, most approvals to build the rink, a location, support from local businesses to put a franchise near there, etc. Including provisions to expand.
One that possibly could host a WCHA team...
