Outshot heavily, Yale manages win over Princeton

Jackie Raines and Alyssa Zupon scored power-play goals 1:46 apart in the first period, and Yale, outshot 27–8, held off Princeton 2–1 on Friday. Jackee Snikeris made 26 saves for the Bulldogs (4–7–2, 3–3–1 ECAC Hockey), who scored on two of their three shots on goal in the opening 20 minutes. Princeton (3–10–1, 3–6–1) outshot Yale 11–0 in the third period but couldn’t come up with a tying goal. Olivia Mucha scored the Tigers’ goal.
