Official Spring Training Thread of the 2010 Chicago Cubs

Well, pitchers and catchers should be reporting in a week or two . . .

Losses over the off-season include Rich Harden, Reed Johnson, Aaron Miles, Jake Fox, and (THANK GOD!) Milton Bradley. Additions include Marlon Byrd, Xavier Nady, Kevin Millar, Paul Bako and Carlos Silva...and, some minor leaguers in the Fox/Miles trade to Oakland.

Starting pitching should include some of the following:
Zambrano
Lilly
Dempster
Gorzelanny
Wells
Marshall
Grabow
Silva

If the season started today, I'd guess the lineup would be:

Byrd - CF
Theriot - SS
Soriano - LF
Lee - 1B
Ramirez - 3B
Nady/Fukudome - RF
Fontenot/Baker - 2B
Soto - C

Nady was a GOOD National League player -- I like that pick-up. Discuss.
