I haven't heard of anything like this in the WCHA.Do you know if other schools have anything similar in place?

Enforcement is a tricky slope. You want fans to be safe and protected, but schools can go too far with this, too.
Denver is still struggling to create a noisy arena after years of overzealous noise and corporate atmosphere enforcement strategies under the (then Chancellor Dan) Ritchie Administration turned Magness into a morgue.
Only recently has DU relaxed things a little....
