This is a good move by Northland College. Seamus Gregory is a decent coach and an excellent recruiter.
In 2010 Lake Forest ended his one year stint as Interim Head Coach. At the time, LFC should have followed the saying"It's not what you do, but how you do it". McKelvie was an excellent choice, but there was a classier way in which the process of change could have been made from Gregory to McKelvie.
The following season Gregory showed Williston State Junior College that he was a very capable recruiter and coach by getting his team positioned as National Runners-up his first year, and followed that with back-to-back National Championships. A very impressive 3 year run. Best of luck at Northland College.
