Does the NCAA have a registry, similar to the CIS that lists all the student athletes that signed an NLI in the early signing period?

I don't see any national listings. However, I know that may local areas put out press releases announcing those who have signed the NLI.

Is the NLI list not public anywhere? Not sure if there is a site that co-ordiates the NLI's and publishes them.

Not likely, since a number of schools don't make announcements regarding their recruits.
