Beaten to the punch. You got this up before I could get home.

Let's deal with it (again), before this heads where I think it's going to. The incident happened, roughly 40 feet from me. There's no getting around it. There's no excuses. There will be no whitewashing of the event. We've got a few guys (coach included) that went over the line and now have to serve additional penalties. Fine. There will be no whining on this end. I've chastised some in the past to "take it like a man". Well, that street does run both ways, and the phrase fits here, too. We'll take our punishment and serve it without complaint.

Looks like the penalties were well deserved. Rather disgraceful display of what I think the University would expect. I am actually kind of surprised the University did not conduct a review and issue a set of consequences on their own... or perhaps they did and I missed it!
