To say this is a huge game for the Soaring Eagles would certainly be an understatement. It is imperative that EC comes out and dominates the Valiants in a bid to regain their respectability in the ECAC West. The Eagles "Fan Poll Position" would suggest that a number of people have sold stock on the EC campaign so far this year however given their unbalanced schedule a win tonight prior to the break and a strong showing in the early New Year...they will be right back in the hunt.

Conversley the inability of the team to be able to compete for the full 60 minutes has hampered Elmira to date and unless that message has gotten through to the players...expect more of the same.
