Mount Rushmore: Wisconsin Badgers

Mount Rushmore: Wisconsin Badgers

Fighting Sioux 23

Please vote for your 4 choices to be on Wisconsin's "Mount Rushmore." The poll will allow you to vote for more than 4 choices, but if you exceed 4 choices, your vote's weight will diminish by how many votes you cast (i.e. if you cast 5 votes, each vote will count as 80% (4/5) of its normal value). Also, there will be no concentration of a vote's weight (i.e. if you only vote for 1 your vote will count as 4 votes).

Further, if Wisconsin is the program that you follow and you want your vote to count for more than say a Sioux fan's vote, please register your program allegiance here...

The voting will remain open for 35 days.

Also, feel free to post "bios" of candidates if you wish.

If you vote for "Other" please post the name of the person you wish to vote for.

I don't agree with Chelios at all.

I'm a huge fan of him too. One of my all-time favorite Blackhawks.

What he did here was nice, but no more significant than at least 30 other players (or more) who have played here. He's been non-existant as an alum.

People who aren't overly familiar with our program are seemingly voting on name recognition alone.

This is why it is important to vote in the "what program do you follow" poll. This will give more weight to your vote in this poll if you are a Wisconsin fan. The link is in the first post in each poll, and also in the main forum thread.

Re: Mount Rushmore: Wisconsin Badgers

I followed that link and didn't see anywhere to register myself as a Badger fan. No worries though. I'll go with whatever the outcome is, just don't agree with Chelios based on what MY criteria would be.

He's certainly the most accomplished of any Badger in his post-college career.

Interesting, perhaps I have the wrong link...try this one

EDIT:
I did have the wrong link in the first post (it has been corrected). Apparently I had the "show results" link to that poll. Clicking either on the link in this post, or on the link in the first post will get you to where you need to go to register as a Wisconsin fan.
