Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

I would have gone with Minnesotans Arguing about the Weather 2: Midwest Heatwave Boogaloo!!! But that's just my opinion.

Too topical. Or tropical for that matter. It would matter less in the winter, which one could argue is 75% of the year in Minnesota. :D

Maybe some Minnesota-specific movies, then.

-Grumpier Old Minnesotans Arguing About The Weather?

-W2: The Mighty Minnesotans Arguing About The Weather?

-Minnesotans Still Arguing About The Weather: Purple Rain... clouds?

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these Minnesotans from arguing about the weather.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

To comment on bbdl's last post in the other thread, due to all the driving I did yesterday sans top on the Jeep, I too have a nice tan going.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

About to go take my 3rd shower of the day here. This heat suck-dilly-suck sucks!!!

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

Good news, we're getting rain! About 20 minutes ago in downtown Mpls it was so dark that it may as well have been midnight. It's lighter now, but still gloomy looking. I'm glad I rolled up my car windows for a change.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

Getting a very good soaking right now on the east side. My lawn will be happy.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

It was 65 outside yesterday and I had my home windows wide open. It's 28 and snowing right now in Farmington. My windows are closed.

Re: Minnesotans Still Arguing About the Weather...

I moved to Minneapolis from Maine yesterday, I guess I can participate in this thread now, haha.

Glad it was warm for the move, and very glad I got all moved in before it started downpouring.

Welcome and remember we are not nice, we're passive-agressive. :D
What brings you here? Where in Minny are you living?

Shouldn't you be calling it a, "wicked pissah"? Also if you want to assimilate you need to rent Fargo and adopt the accent.

Haha I have heard that Minnesota-Nice is just passive-aggressive.

I got furloughed from my job in Portland, Maine, but got a job with Delta out here at MSP. I'm living off of the Hiawatha Line, midway between downtown and the airport.

My sister moved here in May, and I have a close friend that goes to Northwestern and lives in St. Paul, so I've gotten used to the accent.
