Minnesota (2-3) travels to Notre Dame (3-1-2) to take on the Fighting Irish this Friday and Saturday night.

Friday night's game is at 6:30pm (central) and is broadcast on ASN and streamed on Watch ND.

Saturday night is at 5:30pm (central) and is televised on NBC Sports and streamed on NBC Sports live extra.

Notre Dame swept UConn this past weekend, Minnesota is coming off a bye.

I see where our coach's son Mario is off to a good start, as is fellow-Minnesotan Steven Fogerty. Together with their other leading scorer, Thomas DiPauli, they have plenty of senior leadership which will give them an obvious advantage over our young squad. I think the Gophers would do well to split this series on the road.

Very stiff test this weekend, but the whole next month is going to provide a very stiff test.

If the Gophers can earn a split and show some good compete all weekend I'll be very happy.

If anyone have directv and the sports package and i do. Friday Night game is also on NESN. New England Sports network.

Looks like Comcast TV customers are out of luck on Friday? If I have NESN or ASN I've never watched them.

ASN will be picked up by one of the local carriers, but you may need to bust out the rabbit ears :p

Last year's ASN game was on 23.2 in Minneapolis. I'd guess that's where it would be again this time, although it's not on their tv listings yet.

I'll be in South Bend this weekend. The Gophers are perfect when in games I've watched at Compton, and I'd like that streak to continue, although that seems unlikely.

Arrow time!

I hate bye weeks. Least they could have done is played last weekend and had a bye this weekend for the deer opener. I think each weekend will be an unknown for awhile until we start to figure out what we have with this team.

CSN Chicago plus will also have Friday night game on. just check my directv guide, it showing up on 665-1

Every time we go to Notre Dame we have this discussion. Don's a very good coach in my opinion...but Gopher fans have no idea on how to and often no way to catch these games.
