The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Have to thank Michigan for giving us some breathing room, nice 17 point swing on Ferris the past 3 games. Still have 2 games in hand and a decent lead on MSU also.
I've listened to several UAF games this year, and a few have gone to shootout. Everytime it does the colour guy tells the same story. He says how opposed he was to the shootout when it was instituted. Then he always says, but the fans seem to like it, because they never leave when there is a shootout. Hey moron, did it ever occur to you that they aren't leaving because the game isn't actually over at that point? Not leaving isn't necessarily proof that fans like shootouts. It could be more of an indication that the game isn't over and they want to stay till the end.
