And speaking of Freddy, the House on Elm Street in Potsdam NY has been condemned and will be torn down. IIRC it was the old Theta Chi house before that chapter got closed down back in the late 80's.

If we did, I would have happily checked it for my first 40 years, and I'm now improbably even more happily married. Still, good luck with it.
