Lots of scoring chances for the Gophers this period but a lot right into Nichols for UConn who has been guarding the house well. Gophers finally connected on two quick ones.

The slap by Lettieri went off Cammy's face protector. Cammy gets credit for the second goal, his second of the season. I imagine he'll take 'em anyway he can get 'em this season.

Gophers squeeze out a 3-2 W. They'll need to play smarter tomorrow to beat the Crimson.
