Lawrence coaching

Lawrence let go of their women's head coach a few weeks ago after only a couple of seasons, Kleiber had tweeted about looking forward to next season a couple of weeks before that happened so I don't think she left on her own. They replaced their AD shortly before that. The interim AD is Kim Falkenhagen who was the AD at Northland for six seasons until 2018. She's been at LU since 2019 as a volleyball coach, Associate AD and Senior Women's Administrator. It seems like she's cleaning house and/or coaches are seeing the winds of change and leaving on their own.
