Late, But Here Are The Scores 1/14

Re: Late, But Here Are The Scores 1/14

Nice win by Plattsburgh. 4-2. Parker Carroll (remember him?) played well in relief.

Re: Late, But Here Are The Scores 1/14

Elmira up 7-4 over Cortland. It looks like they will continue their unbeaten streak against the Red Dragons at 39-0-0.

Re: Late, But Here Are The Scores 1/14

I was hoping for a nail in the -W conference, but Manahattanville has erupted for 3 goals in the 2nd against Nichols. 4-<strike>2</strike>3 Valiants.

Re: Late, But Here Are The Scores 1/14

Gritty effort by Cardinals...blocked about 1000 shots and some were even by Cadieux !!! Did what they had to do. A few shaky calls against them but they persevered. Long term ramifications for NCAA's for sure. Norwich goalie was off, but hey, that's part of the game. Norwich is good, but the Cotnoir's, Thomas', etc are not there anymore. Looked like they lack a little depth up front, but the back is solid as usual.

If the Cards has some doubters out there, some of those doubts may have been put to rest.

Re: Late, But Here Are The Scores 1/14

Cortland adds another with the extra attacker, and it's now 7-5 EC.

Re: Late, But Here Are The Scores 1/14

Elmira wins 7-5 while giving up 38 shots to Cortland, yes Cortland. I'll have to look up the stats on this but they need to keep the opponents shot total down as they can't be giving up almost 40 shots to a team like Oswego. That is a recipe for disaster!
