2 outcomes:
1) it's a hoax (or the hotel believes it to be untrue and lets it go to court to try to prove their innocence)
2) hotel settles out-of-court for a lot of money and a gag (no pun intended) order so that the name of the chain is never leaked (if it hasn't been already)
