Some interesting things.
Hockey East makes close to One million on the HE tournament
HE spends almost 300K a year on officials and observers for games.
HE only had three employees in 2010. Say what you will but being able to do all they do with only three full time employees is definitely no small task.

That is interesting, I had no idea they were so "lean." Though I guess the AD's shoulder a lot of the burden as well.
