I propose a new NCAA-wide rule.

If you lose a game, you must immediately fire your coach.

This way after every game there would be a pool of fired coaches, and then they'd all swap teams. Minnesota would end up with Russell, Tech would get Walt Kyle, NMU would get tDon, Rick Comley might end up back at NMU at some point, {PROVICED would go undefeated all season and then lose just in time to be forced to hire Craig Dahl for the playoffs...the possibilities are endless.
