And about 37 signatures later...I just signed myself on to the biggest birthday present ever.

I am officially a homeowner.

My realtor went above and beyond and got me a brand new Giraffe throw blanket from Nordstrom. JFC. She did NOT need to do that.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes and for putting up with my insane ramblings for another year. You all are proof that Twitch Boy CAN Have Nice Things.
