Yes, that old show, where I first learned French. It started on this day back in 1969. Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Telly, and all the rest, congratulations on 42 great years of children's programming.

How dare you salute a kids show that has been deemed to need a parental warning on the early episodes :p

But then again, still pretty **** amazing that it's been around that long...
