Oh believe me, the search began two weeks ago, and that was before this little announcement. I actually like the guy too, but this is the last straw - he's the definition of a career workaholic. I've volunteered to work two Saturdays in the past three years, but to be told that I'm expected to come in on a Saturday four times a year is another thing entirely.
Due to conflicts for multiple employees (imagine that), the Saturday bootcamps are off the table. Now, each team in the department will pick a regular workday for the "bootcamp" - you know, because we don't have actual work to do.

One thing that occasionally grinds my gears is when a person, walking along, suddenly stops and stands still to check their hand-held electronics, totally oblivious to where they are and what might be going on around them. I've seen them stop in narrow hallways, in the middle of a stairway.....yesterday was the tops though: someone stopped halfway through a revolving door!what, we're all supposed to stand and wait patiently for you?
You just described 95% of Seattle...walking is a pain here it is like the State Fair multiplied by a million!
They are always stopping to see where the closest Starbucks is, right?
