Watching Babo and NEC. NEC looks much improved.

However Babo takes the lead with a Berto goal.

Make it 2-0. Babo must have been sleeping... about 5 min to go in period 1

And NEC does what it does best. Starts to take penalties. With all the buffering, I'm moving on..

St. As and UMB in a real battle. Kang is keeping the Hawks in there, and Andrews looks good for UMB.

After 2 it's 1-1, and a bunch of major and minor penalties give UMB about 3 minutes of a 4 on 3 PP spilling into the third

UMB and St. As go to OT at 3-3 in a penalty fest, with UMB having 1:30 of PP time left to start the OT. This game is a wild one.

UMB wins it in OT with a PPG 4-3

Plattsburgh up 1-0 over Brockport, 14:30 left in the 1st.

Brockport on the PP, Cadieux manages to stop a wide-open shot in front of the net with 1:00 left in the PK.

Remember the slave next to the Roman conqueror who would whisper in his ear "You, too are human"?? Games like this are a reminder that just because you're SNC, doesn't mean the other team is going to roll over for you.

Pretty even first period with both teams getting their chances. No penalties so far...refs seem to be letting the boys play.
