A ref just left the game in Fredonia with an injury.

First penalty of the game and Potsdam gets a power play goal at 5:52 in the second. Mike Sweeney gets the goal on a blast from the top of the right circle.

Second penalty of the game and Fredonia gets the power play goal to tie it at 8:40 of the second. Jon Carlson scored from the left point.

The injured ref has returned to the game.

Buff State 3 Plattsburgh 1 after two. I tuned in halfway through the second, but from what I have seen so far, Plattsburgh looks like they just got off an 8 hour bus ride with no warmup. Very sloppy passing and PP is atrocious. Hopefully they can right the ship in the third.

After a long conference and check with the goal judge, the refs finally nullify a goal by Fredonia saying there was contact with the goalie first. Seconds after play resumes, Fredonia scores anyway and leads 2-1.
