Gunning For 10
DU travels to Columbus, OH this Thursday and Friday to face The Ohio State University. Columbus is a place close to all DU fans' hearts as it is where DU captured their 7th NCAA Championship in 2005. Thursday's game is on Pioneer Vision at 5:05 PM MT (7:05 PM ET) and will be played at The Value City Arena in the Schottenstein Center, the on-campus arena, while Friday night's game, also at 5:05 PM MT, will be at Nationwide Arena, where the Columbus Blue Jackets play. tOSU is 0-2-0 having dropped a pair of games last weekend to Quinnipiac at home. They also lost their exhibition game to Western Ontario two weeks ago. DU is 1-1-0 having split their home opening series with Vermont last weekend. Anthony Maiani, last season's leading scorer, will return to DU's line-up after serving a suspension for breaking team rules. Fridays' game will be videocast and audiocast for a fee on Pioneer Vision at www.denverpioneers.com. Saturday's game will be an audiocast only.
DU is ranked #3 in the INCH Power Rankings.
